Success on Loch Etive appeals – twice…

Two appeals made to the DPEA in relation to the refusal to grant planning permission for an expansion of a rainbow trout farm on Loch Etive and in relation to the continued non-permitted use of the shoreline at Inverawe on Loch Etive to store disused fish farm equipment have both resulted in refusals for the fish farming company concerned.

Acting for Friends of Loch Etive, submissions by Guy Linley-Adams helped to ensure that neither appeal was granted and that Loch Etive remains subject to the proper rules and regulations of planning law.
