Forestry Commission and Defra referred to Information Commissioner over Forest Holidays as scrutiny of Forest Holidays continues

Forestry Commission referred to information commissioner

Continuing to investigate Forest Holidays plans for holiday cabin complexes to be built on the public forest estate, Guy Linley-Adams has referred the Forestry Commission and Defra to the Information Commission in relation to their refusal to provide information concerning the formal arrangement between the Forestry Commission and Forest Holidays and, in the case of Defra, its refusal to publish a Government review of the arrangements between Forest Holidays and Forestry Commission announced to Parliament in 2018.
